As of January 14, 2020 Microsoft has ended support for Windows 7. This does not mean that Windows 7 will suddenly stop working. What does it mean? Microsoft is no longer providing technical support, software updates, or security updates or fixes. This means your computer will be more vulnerable to security risks and viruses. Many software providers have also dropped support for Windows 7.
We can help you decide what to do with any devices running Windows 7. You might need to upgrade or replace those devices or even switch to a new operating system. In a few very rare cases we can help you decide if you should not change anything.
